Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams in implementing Agile principles and practices, as well as facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization.
Your main duties will include coaching and mentoring teams, conducting Agile trainings, and providing guidance on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality products.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Agile principles and values, as well as hands-on experience in coaching Agile teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
