Job Description
Basic Function:
- Leads the operations of Commercial (old and new projects) such as physical maintenance of buildings, property administration, engineering, housekeeping, safety and security, and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Management to improve policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Manage operational requirements for commercial projects and coordinate with various teams effectively.
- Prepare reports for weekly meetings with Managing Director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related field.
- Skills: Negotiation, HLURB rules knowledge, Civil Engineering license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
