Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop department goals aligned with organizational needs.
- Coordinate talent acquisition with Human Resources.
- Provide guidance to employees based on policies & procedures.
- Assign roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities to team members.
- Review and monitor team performance through meetings.
- Conduct coaching sessions for team development.
- Create Career Development Plans for high potentials.
- Establish department succession plans.
- Conduct performance appraisals.
- Manage operational strategy in line with company goals.
- Measure key metrics and ensure service delivery.
