Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers to take care of concerns
- Answer participant questions and ensure a full understanding of critical information
Requirements:
- Open to college graduates with no experience required
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus
- Onsite work within 25km to 35 km
