Job Description
We are now accepting fresh graduate candidates with 0 to 6 months work experience for the position of Retail Account – Beginner Friendly / Non Voice Agent at Orbit Teleservices Company Branch.
Qualifications:
- Able to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status
- Graduate of Banking & Finance or related courses
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly
- Communicate with customers via various channels
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
