Job Description
- Attends general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
- Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges 24/7 Hotline.
- Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
- Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
- Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office).
- With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
- With good communication skills.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift.
- With Computer/Desktop equipment.
- Willing to be trained in Makati Office for 3 months and will be deployed in Batangas or Laguna Office after training.
- With good internet connection.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
