Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering or B.S Information Technology.
- Understand ISO 9001 requirements; with background in Audit; with knowledge in freight forwarding / logistics.
- With experience working in an ISO certified company.
Brief Job Description:
- Assist in the audit preparation and monitoring of audit completion (internal auditors and auditee department).
- Analyze and evaluate audit findings.
- Assist in documenting audit findings, if needed.
- Conduct process mapping.
- Update internal forms, dept. KPI, and other related documents.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with the reporting superior to promptly address queries/requests from other departments.
- Contribute to quality improvement plans and support the team in managing the quality management system.
- Maintain and protect quality documents and promptly communicate any information beyond control to the reporting superior.
- Coordinate with inter-departments regarding quality training schedules.
