Job Description
The Import Supervisor shall ensure that all importations are in compliance with existing rules and regulations of Bureau of Customs and other government regulated agencies. This role will be responsible for maintaining import processes compliance and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with local, national and international regulations and standards relevant to the company’s requirements.
- Responsible for accuracy and completeness of the shipping documents from various shippers or suppliers.
- Ensure all importations are in compliance with the existing rules and regulations of Bureau of Customs and other government regulated agencies (FDA, BOC, BIR, BAI, NTC, BPS, etc.)
- Responsible for checking the computation of duties and taxes in reference to the Tariff Administration and Policy.
- Collaborate and align with internal parties (MY Logistics, PH Finance/Warehouse/, etc.) and stakeholders (Logistics Service Providers, etc.).
- Assist internal and external audits if required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or any relevant field.
- Must be a licensed broker.
- At least 1 year of experience in Import and Export (from multinational companies).
- Experience with ocean and air freight.
- Experience in retail industry is a must.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, government agencies, and team members.

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
