Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Processing invoices and preparing payment runs
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Managing vendor relationships and addressing any payment-related queries
- Maintaining organized records and documentation
