Job Description
Tasks:
- The Academy Manager will develop, implement, and manage ISO training programs for clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions using various methods like classroom training and webinars.
- Administer assessments and gather feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice on ISO standards, assist in certification audits, and stay updated on industry changes.
- Collaborate with departments to align training with organizational objectives.
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, minimum 5 years of ISO training experience, and strong communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of ISO standards and willingness to travel when needed.
