Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus
