Job Description
Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking a full-time Account Care Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Job description: The Account Care Specialist is responsible for delivering consistent, timely customer care, managing projects with urgency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Word, typing, and filing
- Strong attendance and flexibility in working hours
- Adaptability to learn new software programs
Qualifications: Understanding designs, able to multitask, and experience in stone fabrication are advantageous.
Term of employment: Looking for a long-term team member to build relationships with all accounts.
