Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and overseeing the execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance and support
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive client growth
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects within budget
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency
- Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
