Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to manage client relationships and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer interactions through lifecycle touchpoints.
- Upgrading/cross-selling to existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring their immediate concerns are addressed.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and managing assigned accounts.
- Visiting potential customers for sales opportunities and processing orders.
- Identifying opportunities to expand the company’s product and service offerings.
