Job Description
- Promote and market all product brands for the NCR market, to support and achieve key sales and collection targets as well as development of new accounts in the region.
- Prepare and submit regular activity and sales reports with the use of cold calling and prospecting clients.
- Handle and coordinate resolution of sales-related problematic accounts with Area Sales Manager.
- Maintain regular contact and coordinates with all clients to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the organization and implementation of tradeshows and other event campaigns.
- Oversee the efficient and safe conduct of quality installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of espresso machines.
