Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Account Executive who is fluent in both English and another language. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and retain existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through effective sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and [other language].
