JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to clients, understanding their needs, and aligning company solutions to address those needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and maximize account growth.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and account status using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and account status to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Additional certifications are a plus.
- With proven years of successful experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT industry distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to understand client needs and market trends.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
