Job Description
The Account Executive’s main task is to act as the Client’s/Account’s Point of Contact (POC). Oversee and monitor projects/deliverables and ensure a healthy working relationship with the Clients/Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Communicates partner needs and demands to respective departments and make sure that deliverables are met on time
- Create a project flow identifying tasks and outcomes, delegate the said tasks and specify deadline
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Perform any other tasks from time to time as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good English, writing and speaking
- Well organized
- Time and task management skills
- Good eye for details
- Good feel for online websites and user experience
- Be a good critic and have good judgment
