Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Account Executive/Manager to join the Eatigo Team. Reporting to the Country Lead, this role will be responsible for managing revenue growth percent and churn rate for merchant accounts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and have a strong track record of execution and be able to work well independently as well as in a team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work closely with existing merchants to optimize their profiles, increase performance, and up-selling services
  • Support countries growth through the optimization of restaurants’ performance
  • Review merchant performance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Manage and own the relationship between eatigo and its partner restaurants
  • Updating and optimizing discount structure
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for restaurant promotions
  • Report directly to the Country Lead

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years sales or account management experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Good command of English in both communication and writing skills
  • Positive attitude, Fast learner, Flexible, Adaptable, and enthusiastic
  • Motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate for the restaurant industry and interest in growing within a top tech startup of the region
