Job Description
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling company equipment.
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential leads through market research, networking, and other channels.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Product Knowledge:
- Possess a deep understanding of the company’s equipment and effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales Strategies:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare sales contracts, maintain accurate sales records, and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in equipment or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Sound understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
