Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team as an Account Handler at Keann Cleaning Products Trading. Responsibilities include managing product listings, promotions, and customer communications on e-commerce platforms.
- Manage product listings and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
- Communicate professionally with customers on social media.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Develop strategies for promotions and sales operations.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of successful sales.
