Job Description
The Account Health Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) position at AOSP – Manila requires providing outstanding customer support to our Mandarin-speaking clients. If you are fluent in Mandarin and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, we are looking for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective assistance to clients regarding account-related matters.
- Communicate with clients in Mandarin fluently and professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and actively contribute to implementing solutions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer support or account management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
