Job Description
Yngen Datacom Corp is currently looking for an Account Management and Operations Specialist that can start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other collaborative departments in ensuring fulfillment of client’s objectives
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Support the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Planning and execution of employee engagement activities
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client’s needs and objectives
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or any related field
- Proven experience as an Account Management and Operations Specialist
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work onsite at Brgy San Antonio San Pedro Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits:
