Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Client Services team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their business potential.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understanding each client’s business goals and objectives.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans.
- Identifying new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Ensuring timely delivery of projects and resolving any client issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
