Job Description
As an Account Manager at LSEG Customer Connect, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
This role requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling contract negotiations, and providing ongoing support to ensure client retention.
