We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of client projects.
- Monitor and analyze clients’ performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
