Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.

You will be the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for understanding their needs and objectives. You will need to provide exceptional customer service, manage projects, and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
