Job Description
Valor is hiring a full-time Account Manager Team Leader to work onsite on a rotating schedule at BGC or Mall of Asia. The incumbent will coordinate with clients on offshore team status, implement and monitor KPIs, track team performance and attendance, deliver coaching and corrective actions, handle staff inquiries, provide day-to-day operational support, and prepare reports for the Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
- Qualifications: strong written and verbal English; minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Compensation & benefits: up to Php40,00/month, health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion and pay increases.
- Work arrangement: in person, full-time, shifting schedule.
