Job Description
Communicate effectively, concisely, simply and promptly with our clients: They will be responsible for hand-holding our customers through their SEO experience with us. Walking them through our strategies, planned deliverables, items to come – so on and so forth.
Organize and mobilize internal teams to exceed customer expectations: They will be responsible for ensuring that our internal SEO execution teams deliver what we’ve promised on time and to the highest of standard. The Account Manager is ultimately responsible for quality, they must double check everything.
