Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valuable clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients’ objectives and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and support to clients.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identify opportunities for growth and present recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
