Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through various methods such as cold calling, area mapping, referrals, and listings.
- Conduct Sales Calls, presentations, and orientations.
- Drive efforts and initiate Loan Consultant Generation Activities.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
- Report recruitment and sales performance to Sales & Marketing Head/Relationship Manager.
- File loan applications and encode sales data in the system for proper monitoring.
- Check the compliance of loan release documents.
- Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients.
- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies and maintaining productive relationships with clients.
- Recruit and retain more Loan Consultants/Agents while increasing engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing or a similar role.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of marketing tactics and strategies.
- Create sales plans, develop advertisements, emails, and promotional content.
