Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through various methods.
- Conduct Sales Calls, presentations, and orientations.
- Drive initiatives for Loan Consultant Generation Activities.
- Analyze Loan Consultants’ performance to boost sales.
- Report to Sales & Marketing Head/Relationship Manager.
- Handle loan applications and sales data.
- Ensure compliance of loan release documents.
- Strategize to attract new clients effectively.
- Recruit and retain Loan Consultants/Agents.
- Enhance Agents’ engagement through communication.
