Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Payable Analyst to join our team at Vishay. Responsibilities include handling vendor billings for PO related transactions, recording petty cash replenishment, and manual booking of supplier’s invoices for non-PO transactions. The role also involves performing Month End Closing Activities like Accruals, GR/IR, and Vendor Advances.
Additional duties include Balance Sheet review, monthly reports to Government agencies, monitoring sworn declarations to suppliers for BIR purposes, and ensuring SOX compliance with the Finance Team.
