Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Payable. As an Account Payable, your main responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper documentation.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports and records.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
