Job Description
Job Summary: Perform filing and sorting duties on relevant documentation to ensure proper organization.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Check transmittals per bundle before and after receiving them from the scanner.
- Ensure all documents received from CM are complete.
- Verify documentation meets formal requirements and standards.
- Manage documents timely, accurately, and efficiently.
- File documents in alphabetical order.
- Follow and improve document control procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education: Graduate of any business degree.
Skills: Flexible, detail-oriented, highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month.
