Job Description
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
- Responsible for Daily Sales Invoicing, Recharges, Debit, and Credit Notes processing;
- Monitor daily shipments;
- Validate Sales Orders;
- Print and send reviewed invoices to customers;
- Extract customer’s Statement Of Account;
- Allocate customer’s payments and maintain sales ledger;
- Monitor AR Aging report;
- Coordinate with customers for queries;
- Perform daily tasks to meet service agreement standards;
- Maintain AR files in the designated drive;
- Other duties as assigned.
Accounts Reconciliation and Reports
- Reconcile customer’s statements;
- Update customer’s account status;
- Prepare sales and AR reports;
- Manage month-end accruals and reports;
- Review Intercompany netting applications;
- Prepare Sales and Cost of Sales Estimates Report;
- Generate data/reports for CARS Declaration.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift;
- Monday to Friday;
- Shift system.
