Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied payments.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and reconciling accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform related tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
