Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests.
- Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide regular reports on account status and adhere to company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
