Job Description
As an Account Specialist – Onsite at GOBRO PH OUTSOURCING, INC., you will manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues. Conduct client meetings, analyze performance, and develop strategies to improve client retention. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell services.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, customer focus, and can excel under pressure. Experience in account management or customer service is preferred for this role.
