Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- With related job experience
- With background in financing institution
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with the different Loan and Financial Processes is an advantage
- Honest & trustworthy, having a “Can-Do” attitude, with a great sense of responsibility, resourceful, and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successful and timely opening and revival of government agencies in assigned areas
- Account generation on assigned agencies
- Source out qualified Verifiers and Contacts inside the agencies
- Maintain a good relationship with Verifiers and Contacts
- Ensure that all assigned agencies are active (with monthly loan releases, active verifiers and contacts)
- Overall performance of assigned areas (Agency Implementation and Sales Production)
- Participate in agency initiated activities e.g. Sports Fest, Company Outing, Formation, etc.
- Acquire Information Centers as agents to help generate accounts
- Submission of daily/monthly monitoring reports
- Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed
- Assist in PAR Recovery
- Ensure that all queries are properly answered and/or endorsed to respective MRS
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

- Field Verifier/Field Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
