Job Description
We are currently seeking an Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients.
Your main duties will include:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Providing assistance in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to clients
- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is also important.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
