Job Description
We are currently hiring an Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your primary role will be to ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely payments. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
