Job Description
We are looking for an Account Support Coordinator to join our team at RELX. As an Account Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating email alerts for potential customer rate changes and implementing new rates across multiple products.
- Validating customer rates across various products and ensuring accuracy.
- Building product pricing schedules for customer contract creation.
- Evaluating contracts for rate changes and implementing new rate matrices.
- Performing audits of submitted rates and conducting routine rate audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
