Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant 1. As an Accountant 1, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including assisting with month-end close activities, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare documentation for audits
