Job Description
- Assists senior accountants with all financial operations primarily with Tax Compliance
- Compiles weekly and monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt
- Perform account reconciliation, including debtor’s ledger reconciliation, bank statement reconciliation
- Prepares and analyses balance sheets
- Create and manage spreadsheets.
- Email management – Maintain and update contact databases
- Other tasks as required from time to time
