Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant – General Ledger. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the general ledger accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing journal entries and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
- Performing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
- Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies or variances in financial data
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well independently as well as within a team. Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel are also required.
