Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant II to join our team at Pag-IBIG Fund. As an Accountant II, you will be responsible for managing financial records, performing complex accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with the company’s financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and records
- Handling month-end and year-end close processes
- Monitoring and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Providing financial analysis and advice to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
