Job Description
Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
Maintain accuracy of payroll, loans and other employee deductions records.
Prepare Journal Entries, payroll and expense allocation reports, summaries, and statements to employees.
Reconcile GL accounts, investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with Partners, HR and other departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and escalate any recurring issues.
Prepare Remittance reports to government agencies (SS, PHIC and HDMF).
Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements and accompanying schedules in accordance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
Compliance with financial reporting deadlines.
Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
