Job Description:
- Process client’s day-to-day transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Bills/Invoice processing
- Aged Payables/Receivables
- Preparing outbound and taking inbound calls.
- Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS’s)
- Installment Activity Statements (IAS’s)
- Reconciliation
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Manage the flow of information between clients and the firm.
- Enter data into the online system.
- Manage & oversee administrative processes as advised by managers.
- Ensure that all work is error-free and professionally presented.
- Familiar with the Office 365 Suite of applications, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related.
- 3 years of experience in Australian Taxation.
- Experience in bookkeeping.
- Experience in using Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB.
- Experience with Lodge-IT software is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills, including report production.
- Receptive to training and coaching.
- Strong attention to details and high analytical skills.
- Trustworthy in managing confidential information.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
