Job Description

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office Application and Accounting Software (preferably QuickBooks).
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Highly analytical and with a keen sense for details and data accuracy.
• With good communication skills and can deliver the reports to various audiences in the organization.
• Can work well under pressure and is fast to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.

Job Description:

• Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with finance policies and procedures.
• Assist in the monthly closing activities such as general accounts reconciliation, fixed asset lapsing, schedules of accruals, etc.
• Prepare and file tax and other regulatory returns such as VAT, withholding taxes, income taxes, and other statutory requirements.
• Support the financial statement audit and tax audit by preparing account schedules and reconciliations, vouching and collating supporting documents or reports.
• Maintain a complete filing system to support financial records.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements of the local government.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
